I purchased this Professional Review Guide for the CCA,2010 with the hopes that it would aid me in passing the exam.
It did. I loved using the CD that came with the guide. It was very helpful in preparing for the test in areas not totally covered in my classes.

Good review with exam review questions for all categories tested. Comes with CD which is good practice for actual exam. Better to get this when you start your coding class as it also gives ideas of books to read for the exam if you are not already using them in your class.

Overall, this is an excellent product - I thought I was studying the right areas, but this book quickly refocused where I really should be studying.
Two significant problems:
1. When using the CD, my computer recognizes the program as a "TROJAN" and I have to disable my antivirus program.
2. The book and CD are chockfull of typo's and incorrectly typed information. A few of the answers don't seem correct based on ICD-9-CM and CPT book descriptions.
Unfortunately, I cannot locate anywhere on the internet where there is a addendum of corrections to the book.
All in all, it's worth the money, but the publisher needs to proofread before publishing.

Received book in a timely manner but the book was not invery good shape like it stated. CD that was supposed to come with the book had been ripped out of the back of the book which pulled the cover loose from the book itself. Had to e-mail seller after i got the book to ask for the CD be sent to me, the torn book I could deal with. Fortunately after I emailed for the CD I did receive it.Will never deal with this seller again.
