I highly recommend this guide for the person studying for the CCS Exam. It is well done and I like it better than ahima's.

So far, so good. I plan on testing before the end of the year, and am depending on this study guide to see me through it. 3 years ago I used the CCA PRG and passed. Now I'm ready to move on, so here's hoping this helps! It does have a nice guide to framing how to study, what to study and when to study it.
